In LA DORADA ONLINE every order is unique, since each designer and label has a different shipping and return policy, before proceeding with your purchase please check the shipping and return policy of your selected designer.

We ship your items from multiple locations due to our personalized dropship system to ensure you the best experience with LA DORADA ONLINE, where the designer or label is in charge of shipping your order just for you with their distinctive touch. 


LA DORADA ONLINE does not accept returns or refunds. We make exceptions if the item you ordered came defective, damaged, in the wrong size, or any kind of error that can be conceited to be the label’s or LA DORADA ONLINE malfunction.

  • Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
  • Swimwear and lingerie: we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of swimwear and lingerie.


LA DORADA ONLINE allows the customer the possibility of canceling your order within a 4 hours period as soon as you receive our confirmation email. After this period has expired the cancellation cannot proceed. 


LA DORADA ONLINE is not responsible for any package that has been lost, damaged, delayed packages,  or non-compliance with shipments made by third parties. The User of LA DORADA ONLINE consents to this, the moment it processes an order.
