In LA DORADA ONLINE every order is unique, since each designer and label has a different shipping and return policy, before proceeding with your purchase please check the shipping and return policy of your selected designer.

We ship your items from multiple locations due to our personalized dropship system to ensure you the best experience with LA DORADA ONLINE, where the designer or label is in charge of shipping your order just for you with their distinctive touch.


PICK UP- Dominican Republic

If LA DORADA ONLINE has the item you ordered in stock, local customers in the Dominican Republic will have the opportunity  of our pickup option. This option is only available when LA DORADA ONLINE has had a trunk show event and consequently there were remaining items. If after the trunk shows there are no remaining items, there will be no availability of the pick up option.    

International orders

International orders will be processed by LA DORADA ONLINE and notified to the designer or label, who will then proceed to prepare and dispatch your order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your shipping details and tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment online.


LA DORADA ONLINE is excited to be able to provide you with exclusive items from our incredible designers! Pre-order or customize items will add some time to your shipment due to the nature of the order.  Manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.

Please note: although preorder or customize items have a longer lead time, payment will be taken shortly after you place your order.


LA DORADA ONLINE does not offer a direct exchange at this time. If you are interested in securing an alternative size, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item. For assistance with this, please contact Client Services at
